* Provide strategic and operational leadership across the provision
* Champion inclusive, child-centred practice
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team

* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and achievement
About You
* Has substantial senior leadership experience, ideally within specialist or alternative provision
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
* Has a proven track record of school improvement and raising outcomes
* Is committed to trauma-informed and relational approaches
* Leads with integrity, resilience, and vision
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant leadership qualifications (NPQH or equivalent desirable)
