💼 Private Client Solicitor - Gravesend (Full-time | Market Rate)
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: Market Rate + Excellent Benefits
The Opportunity
I'm supporting a long-established firm seeking a confident and capable Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and well-structured department. This role offers a broad, high-quality caseload and excellent support for long-term development.
What You'll Handle
You will manage a full spectrum of private client matters, including:
* Wills & Estate Planning
* Probate & Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Care Fees & Court of Protection
* Trusts & Trust Administration
* Inheritance Tax Planning
* Charities & Deputyship work
STEP qualification is not essential - full support is available if you're working toward or interested in obtaining it.
Who We're Looking For
* Strong private client experience (wills, trusts, estates, tax)
* Ability to run a caseload independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent client care + professional presentation
* Strong organisational and technical skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a busy department
Dedicated secretarial support is included.
