What you'll lead
* Champion the Firm's talent strategy across training, development, and retention.
* Deliver professional development programmes, mentoring schemes, coaching, and budget oversight.
* Take charge of secondments, practice attorney arrangements, compensation cycles, and wider HR functions, alongside leading paralegal staffing, reviews, training, compliance, and future pipeline planning.
* Work hand-in-hand with leadership and support teams to ensure talent growth and operational excellence.
What they're looking for

* 3 to 4 years of law firm experience, ideally with exposure to professional development or HR.
