In the Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:
1. Responding to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS
2. Booking, amending, and managing customer appointments efficiently
3. Making proactive outbound calls to optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers
4. Accurately updating customer records and interactions within the CRM system
5. Delivering a consistently professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience
To be successful in the Call Centre Advisor role you will need:
6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
7. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
8. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or challenging situations
9. Strong telephone manner, including handling sensitive or complaint-based calls
10. Empathy and patience, particularly when supporting customers with communication difficulties
11. Excellent attention to detail and a strong team-player mindset
12. Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
This is a temporary position for an initial 12-week period, working full time hours on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, including some evenings and Saturdays. You'll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, starting on an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour + benefits of weekly pay and holiday accrual.
