My client is a well-established and successful estate agency company with offices across the country, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in their Thame branch.

Working hours:
1. Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 6:00 pm
2. Alternate Saturdays 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager the following:
3. Up to £27,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
4. £50,000 OTE
5. Guarantee/retainers

Requirements for the Sales Manager will include:
8. Full UK Driver’s license & own vehicle required
9. Have the legal right to work in the UK
10. Previous managerial experience in Property
11. Proven track record of achievement
12. Display high standards of presentation and service
13. A proactive and positive approach to business generation
14. Results-driven individual, hardworking, and focused
15. Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
16. Motivated to exceed targets
17. Use your initiative for increasing market growth
18. Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
Key duties of a Sales Manager will include the following:
19. Oversee the management of the branch
20. Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
21. Maximising income profit and growth revenues
22. Develop long-standing working relationships with clients
23. Manage performance of employees via reviews, meetings, and regular 121’s
24. Successfully list a targeted number of properties
25. Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
