The Role As Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the front-of-house leadership team, supporting the General Manager in delivering seamless hospitality experiences. From guiding guests through our wines to ensuring smooth brasserie service, you’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations, staff supervision, and enhancing the venue’s growing reputation.
