Lead Product Design Engineer

Up to £57,000 + bonus + strong package

You’ll lead design across hardware and software, work across multiple programmes, and see your decisions move from concept through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a small team delivering system and software design
* Driving hardware and software integration across the product
* Translating requirements into robust design baselines
* Working across the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to test
* Engaging with stakeholders across systems, software, and project teams
What you’ll bring:
* Software design experience within a complex product environment
* Ability to lead small teams
* Understanding of the full development lifecycle (V-model)
* Experience with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, or similar
* Ability to lead, influence, and solve complex technical problems
* Strong background in requirements, design, and integration
