About the Marketing Project Co?ordinator role:
We re seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Project Co?ordinator to support the planning and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and events at Blackpool and The Fylde College. You ll play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is well?coordinated, delivered on time, and aligned with the College s strategic priorities, particularly around student recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities of our Marketing Project Co?ordinator:
* Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and projects, working across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure activities are delivered to plan, on time, and to brief.
* Manage project plans, timelines, and reporting, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and supporting performance insights and post?campaign evaluation.
* Oversee marketing budgets and spend, including purchase orders, supplier processes, and financial tracking, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best value procurement.
* Plan and coordinate marketing?led events, such as Adult Open Events and College celebration events, managing logistics, suppliers, materials, and event budgets.
* Provide essential operational and administrative support, including maintaining marketing assets and documentation, scheduling and minuting meetings, managing key actions, and overseeing the marketing stores and assets.
