Job Description
As a Client Experience Lead, you will be the main point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring they receive a high-quality, personalised service. You will conduct service reviews, manage and update care plans, support care professionals, and proactively address any concerns to maintain excellent client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience within the care sector
* Supervisory or coordination experience preferred
* Experience with care planning and medication (MAR charts)
* Good IT skills and confidence using care systems
Additional Information
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
* Participation in an on-call rota (evenings/weekends) required
* Enhanced DBS check required
