We are now welcoming applications for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Branch Manager to join our leadership structure, supporting the high performing Benchmarx branch in Slough.
What you will do
As a results-driven Branch Manager, you'll lead our team to enhance their customer experience and their sales performance, by immersing yourself into the culture of the team, branch, and wider business. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximising profit, and managing staff and resources effectively.
You will drive to enhance profitability by effectively managing stock, thorough merchandising, and maintaining high trading standards to ensure a fantastic customer service. Aside from building strong customer relationships to represent the brand, you'll keep safety at the forefront of your mind, facilitating your team to achieve high performance in an environment they can enjoy.

5. Meticulously organised with exceptional time management skills.
6. Proven experience in optimising branch operations by improving performance and sales whilst effectively controlling costs.
7. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information to support proposals.
8. Prior experience in a regional management role will be beneficial.
