Job Title: Casework Coordinator
Location: South Wales (Hybrid; service base in Newport and Cardiff offices, home working and community/outreach sites in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea
Salary: £27,423 per annum based on 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term to September 2028
Can you help the British Red Cross deliver vital support to asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable migrants across Wales? As part of our Refugee Support and Restoring Family Links team, you'll coordinate high-quality casework and work closely with legal representatives, partners, and stakeholders to ensure access to legal advice and essential services.
This role is funded by the Justice Together Initiative until September 2028.
What will a day in the life of a Casework Coordinator involve? You'll be:
1. Support immigration applications by gathering evidence and liaising with legal representatives on submissions.
2. Provide sensitive, specialist and high quality casework to people in vulnerable situations.
3. Plan and deliver in-person and remote support across Wales.
4. Manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
