Job: Safety Compliance Advisor (Heating, Electrics & Lifts) Location: Kidderminster Salary: £38,954 Contract: Permanent We’re supporting a housing provider in recruiting a Safety Compliance Advisor to help ensure full compliance across gas, electrical and lift safety. The Role You’ll oversee compliance programmes, manage servicing and remedial works, maintain accurate records, and ensure all properties meet regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and auditors to keep residents safe and systems compliant.
