This role involves supporting students with their daily routines, promoting independence, and helping them to feel safe and supported in their environment. The ideal candidates will be flexible and available on an ad-hoc basis, with experience working with children or adults with ASD and other complex SEND needs. Experience working in residential settings would be advantageous, though not essential.
