Your responsibilities will include: Building and developing your own client base Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities Contacting clients via phone, email and face‑to‑face visits Using your local market knowledge to promote our services Driving branch gross margin through successful business development Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your activity pipelineYou will have access to a large internal candidate database, but success in this role requires a proactive, growth‑focused mindset. What We’re Looking For Previous agency recruitment experience is essential Proven track record in business development and winning new clients Minimum 1 year in cold calling/telesales, consistently exceeding KPIs Highly motivated, driven and tenacious with a desire to succeed Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook CRM systems) Full, clean driving licence and your own transport Ready to grow your recruitment career?
