Position: Corporate Receptionist Type: Full-time, permanent, office-based Location: Central London Hours: 7:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday (with occasional flexibility) Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 per annum, depending on experience Role Overview We are seeking a confident, polished and proactive Corporate Receptionist to be the face of our London office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders, delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while managing a range of administrative, coordination and support tasks behind the scenes. This is more than a reception role — it’s a central, high-impact position that requires professionalism, initiative and discretion in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff Manage all incoming calls and enquiries with efficiency and courtesy Coordinate meeting rooms, including AV setup, catering, and room turnarounds Prepare the reception and shared spaces daily to ensure a premium environment Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages and courier requests Liaise with facilities, IT, and external suppliers to resolve office issues smoothly Manage office supplies and place regular orders for refreshments and consumables Maintain visitor records and security procedures, including issuing passes and overseeing sign-in protocols Provide administrative support for staff and leadership where required Support internal events, team meetings, and hospitality needs as needed Requirements Prior experience in a high-end corporate receptionist, front-of-house or client-facing admin role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and face-to-face Immaculate personal presentation and a calm, confident manner Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Highly reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with booking systems or switchboards Comfortable working independently while supporting a wider office team Benefits Competitive salary of £32,000 – £42,000 depending on experience 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus 1 day birthday leave and 1 day charity work leave.
