Your new roleAs an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs. This may includeplex physical needs, Autism, ADHD, Global Developmetal Delay, Speech and Language difficulties, Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting students in the classroom, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
2. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create tailored learning plans.
3. Supporting students withmunication, behavior management, and personal care.
4. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should have:
