What you'll do
In this role, you can expect to:
* Lead the delivery of sewer rehabilitation schemes from outline design through construction to completion, including project liaison such as financial reporting, public relations, contractor management, and third-party negotiations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and disciplines to support project delivery.
* Ensure the project delivery plan aligns with Wessex Water policy and CDM obligations are met.
* Work with contractors and technical experts to develop and implement innovative trenchless techniques.

What you'll need
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and dedication. You should be organized, customer-focused, and a team player.
Experience in construction or water industry is preferred.
A safety-first approach is essential.
Additionally, you should have:
* An HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or water-related qualification (or willingness to learn).
* Competence with Microsoft Office and familiarity with GIS software (or willingness to learn).
* The ability to think strategically and collaborate with stakeholders.
Willingness to work across the region and hold a valid UK driving license is required.
