Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager based in our Gloucester office, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Account Manager will be responsible for Commercial management of all projects under their purview, managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and construction teams, providing regular updates to clients, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role includes travel to client sites and company offices.
Qualifications
* Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Communication skills
* Project Management and Time Management skills
* Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
* Understanding of Commercial and Industrial Interior Design
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with fit-out and refurbishment processes is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (nice to have)
