Facilities Operative

We are recruiting for a Facilities Operative (cleaning) at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, working 37.5 hours per week on a 2 week rota pattern, alternate weekends and shifts between 7am to 3pm and 11am to 7pm.Experience is welcome though not essential. Main duties of the job

This is primarily a hands-on cleaning position where you will learn all the back-ground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the role, e.g. enhanced and periodic clean training, National Cleaning standards, completion of paperwork, equipment training and waste management

Person Specification


KNOWLEDGE

* Understanding of written and verbal English language Basic numeracy skills Basic awareness of IT skills


EXPERIENCE

* Previous experience welcome but not essential as full training is provided


PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

* Willingness to learn cleaning and catering techniques Able to work as part of a team
