Base Pay
£34,000 plus bonus and commission OTE – £40,000

Qualifications
* 3+ years store leadership experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty or luxury retail (Store Manager or Assistant Manager).
* Team player who enjoys coaching and delivering growth within the team.
* Proactive individual who takes ownership of challenges and delivers solutions.
* Results‑driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs and building actionable plans to deliver results.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for delivering a great experience for all customers, leading your team by example.
