South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking to recruit two Library Coordinator positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing library services with a strong focus on operational delivery and enhancing the customer experience. A professional library qualification, along with a proven track record in managing people, libraries, and projects, is required.
As a Library Coordinator, you will take charge of managing a specific area of our library portfolio, ensuring the development and maintenance of a relevant, accessible, and engaging collection of literature. You will organize and facilitate access to a wide range of information and reading resources to meet the diverse needs of the community. We are committed to fostering independent learning and encouraging reader development. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing access to computers and the internet for individuals who are digitally excluded.
