Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
* Divorce, separation, and civil partnership dissolution
* Financial settlements and asset division
* Child arrangements, custody disputes, and domestic abuse cases
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as court applications and witness statements
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
* Liaising with external professionals including social workers, psychologists, and law enforcement
Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate
* Solid experience across core areas of family law
* Strong technical understanding and confident in drafting and negotiation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathetic and professional approach to sensitive client matters
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Business development experience is advantageous, particularly for senior-level applicants
