The role will involve supporting the office with general administration and following up on any internal correspondence, highlighting any issues to ensure the work is processed in a timely manner.

As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Administrative support for multiple teams using in-house databases.
* Ensuring projects are compliant with the companies' rules and legislation.
* First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients
* Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams
* Producing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high level.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
