Are you ready to take on an exciting role where you can make a real impact? We’re on the lookout for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Operations Facilities Lead.
In this pivotal position, you’ll be actively involved in managing and maintaining our company’s property portfolio. Your mission? To ensure all facilities operations, maintenance, and projects are executed seamlessly, efficiently, and within budget. You’ll also ensure compliance with company standards and all relevant legislative requirements.

Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project processes and key accountabilities.
Update and comply with routine reporting, monitoring, and tracking systems.
Produce routine updates for each project and maintenance activities and escape risks as necessary to the Operations Facilities Manager/Lead.
Ensure all projects are completed to the agreed company format and standard.
Be the point of contact for any reactive maintenance issues raised within the area of accountability, ensuring works are quoted and completed satisfactorily within budget.
Ensure all maintenance activities align with company standards and legislative requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project, maintenance delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track Project Costs to budget, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
