Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)
* Take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) to support the development of the department
* Lead curriculum planning and delivery for Business studies
* Support and mentor students to achieve their best outcomes
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s ethos
* Participate in departmental meetings and school initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Business or related field
* PGCE or QTS
* Previous experience teaching Business to KS4 and KS5
* Experience in or potential for a leadership role within a department is highly desirable
