Senior Application Support Analyst - Azure / O365 - Investment Management

They are now building out their Application Support team to help manage a growing and increasingly complex portfolio of business-critical systems including Cloud (Azure), O365 and Investment systems.
This is an incredible opportunity for a Senior Application Support Analyst to be part of one of the best cultures in Investment Management in a role with exposure across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
* Owning end-to-end application support across the application suite including SaaS platforms, Investment Systems, O365 and cloud-based applications (Azure)
* Working directly with stakeholders across the business and technology to understand and resolve issues and bugs with business applications, and provide L1-L3 support and user training
* Managing third-party vendors to oversee the full incident resolution and service delivery process
To be successful in applying, you will need:
* 5+ years’ prior experience in an Application Support role or similar within Financial Services (Private Equity, Investment Management, or Investment Banking)
* Excellent SQL experience and Solid experience of supporting SaaS platforms and applications in the Microsoft stack (e.g. Azure, O365)
* Excellent proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage the full Application Support cycle
* Excellent experience managing third party software vendors
* Familiarity with methodologies such as ITIL, Agile and DevOps
