Health & Safety Advisor – National UK M&E Contractor (Southern Division) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance The Company A market-leading £100m group of companies specialising in mechanical and electrical building services engineering — delivering full lifecycle solutions from initial concept and design through to installation and ongoing facilities management and maintenance. The Role We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join the Southern Division team. This is a key role supporting the Regional Health & Safety Manager, promoting best practice across multiple live M&E projects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular site audits and inspections, producing detailed reports. * Review and monitor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). * Assist in accident and incident investigations (not leading), including taking witness statements and compiling reports. * Assist with preparing monthly Health & Safety reports. * Support operational teams to maintain consistent H&S standards across all disciplines. * Promote and embed best practice in line with company and legislative requirements.
