Managing projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality. Provide daily leadership, guiding teams to achieve KPIs. Manage fees, risks, and change processes, ensuring robust delivery. Drive collaboration and accountability across stakeholders, securing successful project completion aligned with strategic objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering excellence through robust systems, clear milestones, and seamless end‐to‐end project management.
* Managing budgets responsibly, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable outcomes for people, clients, and planet.
* Inspiring collaboration, achieve KPIs, and harness innovation to help our people excel.
* Managing project delivery from inception to completion, aligning with client expectations and strategic milestones.
* Championing safety through Mace's HSW framework, embedding visible behaviours and safety-first culture.
* Driving collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and service excellence.
* Applying subject expertise, leveraging Mace knowledge hubs to achieve best outcomes.
You'll need to have:
* Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
* Proven project delivery expertise in property or infrastructure.
* Strong commercial, financial acumen and stakeholder leadership.
* Knowledge of sustainability and carbon shaping project outcomes.
