Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards
* Plan and allocate resources to meet commercial and operational targets
* Champion best practices in Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
* Oversee financial and administrative management, including budget planning and reporting
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while identifying new business opportunities
* Work closely with the Project Management team to support seamless project delivery
* Monitor branch performance and report key KPIs to senior leadership
* Inspire and support your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
* Act as the main link between the branch and senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a similar leadership or operational management role
* A background in engineering is essential - this role suits a former engineer or technical professional looking to lead from the front
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the UK market
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Clear and confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
* Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to verify 5 years of employment history
* A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is desirable but not essential
* Full UK Drivers licence as you will be travelling across different airports / sites
