Planner / Senior Planner - Tier 1 Main Contractor

To £60k-£80k + full package
The Company
Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.
Current projects range from £50m to £300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.
The Opportunity
They are looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to join their busy site team.
The successful planner will work on the below project:
Student Accommodation Project. The contract value is £250m+ with a 3 year programme plus PCSA stage.
The project spans seven buildings including 4 new build high rise, 2 new build low rise and 1 refurbishment of an existing building.
The Candidate
It is imperative that candidates have a good knowledge of the construction process and can integrate well in a site environment.
They are seeking a Planner or Senior Planner with:
* Ideally Experience of Asta Power Project but would consider P6
* Previous experience of residential new build projects (From £50m+)
* Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
* Proven ability to oversee multiple project programmes simultaneously.
* Comprehensive understanding of all facets of development, including design, procurement, construction (spanning structure, architecture, and services), and commissioning.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to effectively articulate critical issues and actively listen to and address others' concerns.
* In-depth knowledge of key aspects of commonly used contracts within the UK.
