We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great Consumer M&A team. They are looking to recruit an Associate. The role will focus on: Active member of a very busy deal team Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs Financial modelling and analysts; deal structuring and valuations Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties The successful candidate will have a background as follows: Associates in mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm Experience of working in consumer M&A deals Excellent deal sheet This could be a great opportunity to springboard into a really positive team with a very active client base.
