This full-time role is to start in January and will involve teaching a mixed Year 3/4 class. The school is looking for a confident practitioner who can deliver high-quality teaching and learning across both year groups. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum for a mixed Year 3/4 class. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and wellbeing. Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in KS2, ideally with mixed-age classes. Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to pupil progress, wellbeing, and inclusive education. Enthusiastic, reflective, and proactive approach to teaching.
