The Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your specialism and experience.
* Foster a love of science in students, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and innovative Science curriculum, aligned with the National Curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each student reach their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the teaching of Science across the department.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Science.
* A proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes in Science.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
* A passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring students.
