The role: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training across Protection & Control systems. You’ll handle customer queries, assist with project execution (FAT/SAT/commissioning), and ensure high-quality service delivery for major UK utilities and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer application and system issues using sound engineering judgment
* Support sales and operations teams with technical advice and solution design
* Conduct system testing, and commissioning support
* Deliver training and technical guidance to internal and external teams
* Manage fault reports and customer feedback to drive service excellence
What You’ll Bring:
* Degree in Electrical / Power Systems Engineering or equivalent
* Strong understanding of Protection & Control systems
* Hands-on experience with application - testing, commissioning, and technical support
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
