We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join Lenovo’s Sales Transformation organization, supporting the multi-year Pinnacle program. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on driving adoption of new sales tools, platforms, and processes across a global sales organization. The position operates in an international, cross-regional environment and may be based in Europe, North America, China, or other approved locations, working in a hybrid or remote model depending on location.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on change management expertise with analytical capability and experience supporting complex transformation initiatives. Experience in sales environments and global organizations is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute structured change management strategies aligned with global sales transformation objectives.
* Partner with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective change implementation.
* Drive adoption of new sales tools, platforms, and processes through structured engagement and enablement plans.
* Analyze adoption and behavioural data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
* Build and interpret dashboards and reports to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Design and deliver clear, engaging communications tailored to diverse sales audiences.
* Support training alignment to ensure employees are equipped to succeed in new environments.
* Identify change‑related risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Position Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Minimum three years of hands‑on experience leading change management initiatives within complex transformation programmes is crucial (preferably focused on sales processes and tools).
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR); relevant certifications such as Prosci or ACMP are advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience analysing data to inform strategy; familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
* Experience supporting sales organisations or commercial environments is considered a strong advantage.
* Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and time zones in a global organisation.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills.
* Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
