Location: Enfield & Barnet Job role: Carpenter/Multi Trader Pay: £180 per day (CIS) or £39,000 per annum (Permanent) We are currently recruiting experienced Carpenter/Multi Traders to join a well-established team carrying out Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment works across the Enfield and Barnet areas. Responsibilities * Kitchen fitting and installation * Skirting and architrave installation * Lock and multi-lock repairs/replacements * Hanging doors * Painting and decorating * Bathroom unit fitting * Window repairs * Patch plastering * Basic plumbing works Benefits * £180 per day (CIS) or £39,000 per year on a permanent contract * Company van and fuel card provided * Overtime opportunities available * No call-out rota * Local work patches across Enfield and Barnet * Temp ongoing and Permanent positions available * Immediate interviews and starts Requirements * Previous experience within Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment * Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience * Full UK driving licence * Ability to carry out multi-trade works to a high standard * Strong customer service skills and professionalism when working in occupied properties
