At bdhSterling, we provide specialist cross-border financial planning advice to clients in the UK and Australia. We’re now seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team in our Epsom office, supporting advisers and operations while delivering an outstanding client experience.
About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers, preparing and processing client documentation, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing queries and building strong relationships.
* Prepare, process, and track client applications, transfer requests, investment instructions, and compliance documents.
* Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Operations to ensure a smooth client journey.
* Produce clear and accurate client communications, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
* Maintain accurate records, update client databases, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
* Support the wider team with research, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
* Assist with day-to-day office tasks including incoming calls, mail distribution, and greeting clients.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is professional, service-driven, and enjoys building lasting client relationships. You’ll bring:
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in customer or client service roles.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Experience within financial services or professional services administration.
* Knowledge of financial advice processes and documentation.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.
