Lead Developer / CTO at BuzzHire

BuzzHire is a fast-growing, well-funded start-up, revolutionising the temporary work industry. We are looking for a CTO / Lead Developer to oversee the technology that powers our website and mobile apps.
Your role would involve working on the back end of the website and the API used by our native apps, using Django & PostgreSQL. You will also coordinate with other developers on the project, including native app developers and front-end developers, some of whom may be offshore and need to be managed remotely.
You will work directly alongside the CEO to formulate technology strategy for the business.
Our current stack:
* Website: Django / Postgres / Uwsgi / Nginx
* API: Django Rest Framework
* iOS native app
* Deployment: Fabric
* Version control: Git
You must be based in London or willing to relocate to London. Working from home is an option for certain days of the week, but not full-time.
The package includes a competitive start-up salary along with equity.
