Key Responsibilities
As Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Front Office.
Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
Take reservations and manage room bookings
Handle guest enquiries and resolve customer concerns
Process room charge postings, balancing and banking
Operate the switchboard and manage incoming calls
Liaise with all departments on a daily basis to support guest service
What we're looking for
To succeed as a Receptionist, you'll bring a positive attitude and previous experience within a hospitality environment.
Previous hotel reception or guest service experience
Immediately available to start at the end of March
Able to commit to the full season through October
Experience using MEWS PMS would be an advantage
