Jil Sander is seeking an experienced and dynamic Concession Manager for our point of sales in Selfridges. The Concession Manager will act as a brand ambassador, driving business performance while ensuring the highest standards of client experience, operational excellence and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop the store team to foster a high‑performance and client‑centric culture.
* Coach and support team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of staff.
* Manage scheduling and rostering in line with business needs and budget.
* Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs.
* Monitor and manage P&L, controlling costs and optimizing store efficiency.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local stakeholders.
* Lead CRM initiatives and client development strategies to strengthen long‑term relationships.
* Oversee and promote long‑distance and omni‑channel sales opportunities.
* Ensure store standards are consistently maintained at the highest level in line with brand guidelines.
* Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations.
* Supervise stock management, BOH organization and space optimization.
