This full-time role operates on a hybrid basis, requiring 35 hours a week, with the first month fully office-based for training. The Analyst will provide 1st line technical support, manage service requests, and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in a technical support role, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft systems. An ITIL qualification is desirable.
