* Active acquisition of new customers in the B2B environment (focus : transport & contract logistics)
* Personal acquisition & customer approach on site – throughout Germany
* Building new customer contacts and convincing potential clients of our services
* Participation in industry events & trade fairs
* Market observation and identification of new potential
* Close collaboration with the sales management and our dispatch teams

Required
* Several years of experience in sales, ideally in transport, freight forwarding or logistics
* Having an existing network in the industry is an advantage.
* Confident, communicative and engaging demeanor
* Strong negotiation skills and a keen sense for customer needs
* Independent, structured work style
* High willingness to travel (mostly field service)
* Flexible residence – ideally located near a logistics hotspot (North Rhine-Westphalia / Ruhr area, Hamburg, Rhine-Main, Berlin / Brandenburg, Leipzig / Halle)
