You'll use your expertise to support high standards of service and help colleagues grow their technical skills. Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong UK Life Insurance underwriting experience, with solid technical knowledge of protection products. Ability to make clear, fair and confident decisions that put the customer first. Experience supporting colleagues' growth through coaching, mentoring or guiding less experienced underwriters. Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work with others to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Awareness of relevant legislation and underwriting principles, with a willingness to share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
