Job Description
* Ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery across all areas.
* Oversee the transition of properties
* Responsible for preparing data for financial reporting
* Ensure all reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued in accordance with agreed timescales
* The management of rents, service charges and insurance premiums ensuring all management and ad-hoc fee invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and paid promptly
* Manage performance of third-party suppliers, (agents, solicitors, contractors, etc.) ensuring agreed costs/timescales are adhered to
* Manage service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidelines and review service charge cash flow and budget
* Explore and keep up to date with new ideas and initiatives and actively seek out opportunities for providing added value initiatives
* Have a good understanding of market conditions and surrounding opportunities and threats
* Identifying, managing and actioning any asset management opportunities
* Managing and supporting direct reports within the team
* Mentoring individuals across the business

MRICS - ESSENTIAL
* A desire to progress and generate new business
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally
* Forward thinking and proactive
* Proven experience of supervising, managing and developing other team members
* Excellent presentation & communication skills
