Support corporate/group sales, upselling, and event revenue. Provide financial insights to the Board. Industry & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with tourism and hospitality partners. Represent the hotel at events to boost visibility and reputation. About you Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting. Track record of driving strategic changes, optimising performance, and increasing revenue. Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
