2nd Line - IT Support Engineer
**Based in Crawley
We're on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, internal IT department. You'll be the go-to person for technical issues, working across a variety of environments to keep systems running smoothly and clients happy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets through the service desk
* Excellent knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and software applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Azure, networks, and cloud platforms
* Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
* Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SLA targets are met
* Deliver excellent service with a proactive and consultative approach
Requirements:Previous Internal IT or MSP experience is required, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Salary in the region £30K depending on experience
