A global professional services firm at the forefront of enterprise transformation is seeking an Oracle Payroll & HCM Senior Manager to join their Powered Apps team. As part of a collaborative, tech-focused environment, you'll help drive high-impact HR and Payroll change programmes for some of the UK's most recognised organisations, using Oracle Cloud technology and pre-configured transformation frameworks.
As Oracle Payroll & HCM Senior Manager, you will:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle HCM and Payroll implementations across a variety of industries.
• Guide clients through HR and Payroll transformation initiatives, improving service delivery and process performance.
• Advise on Oracle capabilities across HR operations including onboarding, absence management, self-service, payroll and offboarding.
