What the Job Involves The ARC Manager will lead the development and management of the Adolescent Resource Centre (ARC), overseeing a team of Support Workers, a deputy manager, and coordinating sessional work with trained therapists. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring high standards of team performance, and collaborating with Local Authorities and various sectors, including statutory, independent, and voluntary services, to provide a comprehensive response to adolescent needs.
