Our Client is a leading local and national product distributer serving a range of industries, from construction to contracting. In order to manage workload and internal promotions, they require an Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger to join a busy, friendly team.
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Processing of supplier and expense invoices
* Processing EFT payments
* Supplier reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier queries over the phone or via email
* Liaising with branch managers.
The ideal candidate for the role of Accounts Clerk will have:
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Previous purchase ledger / accounts clerk experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be given
