Permanent P/T Transport Administrator required for Lisburn. Hours of Work: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Salary: £15,600 - £16,800 (DOE) Job Overview My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a background in office environments. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and providing support to various departments within the organisation. Duties will include: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties. Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with financial record keeping using QuickBooks and manage invoicing processes. Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prepare reports and presentations by compiling data from various sources. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years administration experience within a busy office Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace. Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation. Prior clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in work. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
